Please read before proceeding:
Follow the steps below to register your fellow(s) for the 2026-2027 FISA. 

STEP 1:

• Click the Sign in link below if you have an existing account, otherwise click on the create an account link. 
• Once you are signed in, click the Start Registration button.
• Select the number of fellows you will be registering in the Registrations Options box and then hit Next. 

STEP 2: 

• Click on the Add Your Fellow button first. You will be able to select an existing contact (if your fellow already has an account) or you can add them as a new contact.
• Once your fellow has been added, select the Fellow Registration option within the Registration Options box. 
• You will then be prompted to provide the primary specialty of your fellow. Make sure you hit Save Responses before moving on or adding another fellow registration.
• IMPORTANT! If you are registering more than one fellow you will need to follow the same instructions above to add each one. 
• Once you have completed adding your fellow(s), click on the Finish button. This will take you to the cart to checkout.
